About this Event
During this event, ODOT District 3 Managers will present an overview of two upcoming projects (PID 116570 & PID 118790) before the matchmaking sessions begin. These improvements will reduce congestion, reduce the risk of crashes, and make travel in the area easier and safer.
This is an opportunity for certified firms to have in-person appointments with Primes Construction Companies to market their services for ODOT heavy highway/construction projects.
Registration begins at 10 a.m., presentation at 10:30 a.m., and matchmaking appointments at 11 a.m.
These meetings are designed to provide an excellent opportunity to discuss potential collaborations, particularly for projects with goals.
Sub-contractor firms are encouraged to bring business cards and copies of Capability Statements to this matchmaker event.
Please register at your earliest convenience, but no later than 11 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
After registration, appointments will be made by ODOT and schedules will be sent via email.
