From 16 – 19 October, Launceston CBD will host a series of bite-sized, gastronomic events celebrating farmers, artisans, distillers, winemakers and brewers from across northern Tasmania. Think exclusive meet-the-maker evenings, paddock-to-plate experiences, and a chance to sample some of the best produce the North has to offer.
Beyond events, bars and restaurants across the city have crafted NORTH Special menu items showcasing local produce and celebrating their producers.
