A new Aikido group for adults and children based at The Cameron Centre. Every Monday and Thursday from 17:00 - 21:30.Aikido is a martial art focusing on using an attacker's force in order to overcome them. Practiced in a co-operative manner, it is suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness.
