Join us for a hands-on Ikenobo Ikebana Class and learn the art of Japanese flower arrangement in person where creativity blossoms!
Ikenobo Ikebana lessons starting with free-style and the traditional Shoka style.
$30 *fee per class is to cover the cost of the flowers and materials used in the lesson. Kaki (vase) Kenzai (frog base) and scissors will be provided. You can bring your own if you like. Please bring a pencil and notebook to class for note taking.
Max. 6 students per lesson. Min. 2 students or the class will be canceled.
Please RSVP by Friday before the lesson so we can get a headcount and prepare the materials needed. If you can't make it at the last minute we can issue refund but there will be a $5 cancellation fee as the payment platform charges us every transaction.

Yoshiko sen-sei is a Japanese native who has been practicing Ikebana in Japan and Singapore for over 25 years. In 2008 she received the Sokako of Ikenobo Certificate from Headmaster Sen'ei Ikenobo naming her professor first grade. Before moving to Austin in 2015 she taught Ikenobo Ikebana at Ikenobo Society of Flora Art – Singapore Chapter.
