About this Event
Enjoy a playful and memorable meal created with dishes from and inspired by our visits to North Africa and the Middle East. Experience different preparations, exotic spices and seasonings and dishes rich in flavor and history in a menu created by Jeff and executed by Chef Phil and the team. Mandy and Missy collaborate on a thoughful and playful drink pairing menu package available seperately or a la carte. Jeff will give you a story here and there and the thoughts behind each course as it is served.
The planned 5-course menu includes greeting cocktail (zero proof upon request), Harira Soup | Pickles & Salad with Fresh Pita (Local Vegetables) | No ‘Pigeon’ Pie (Ebra Verde Chicken) | Shabbat Beef Brisket (Belleview Farm Beef)| Mahalabia Crème Brulé Rice Pudding.
