Norfolk VFD 2022 Mud Run

After a short interruption it is time once again for the Norfolk Volunteer Fireman's Family Mud Run. This year's run is going to be a little different so please read all of the description.

Our 2022 Mud Run starts and finishes at Norfolk Fire Station #1 at 1 Furnace St. in downtown Norfolk. It is a 5k run/walk with various obstacles for lots of MUD AND FUN. Teams of any size, shape or age are welcome to run/walk/skip/hop/crawl with us. Pre-Registration, prior to July 31st, will be $25.00 for 18+ and $15.00 for ages 4 to 17. Tickets for day of the event will be $30.00 for 18+ and $20.00 for ages 4 to 17. Unfortunately, due to shortages and the current uncertainty of availability, we will be unable to offer T-Shirts this year.

We will have waves starting at 8am and every hour after until 11am. We design our course with family in mind. We love seeing all of the little firemen & firewomen running with their family. Prizes will not be awarded this year. All are welcome to come dressed in any costume that you would like!

Select the ticket price with the time that you would like to run. There will also be a small fee for purchasing and paying for tickets online, this will be reflected in the full ticket price. We ask that you please show up at least 30 min early for your time.

Come help support a wonderful local Volunteer fire department and get a muddy doing it.

We will be running rain or shine.
