Finlandia Foundation - Tidewater will be joining Finland NATO families together with the military band Kaartin Soittokunta from Helsinki, as we form Finland's delegation in the 76th year of the NATO Festival Parade. Parade steps off at 10am, with viewing areas on Waterside Drive, Atlantic St. and Granby St. in downtown Norfolk. We need parade walkers, and banner carriers to help! This is an awesome experience, and you will be amazed at the warm reception from onlookers.
