Welcome to Season 1 of End Times LARP! As a special thank-you to all who are able to make it out to our inaugural event this season, this will be a DOUBLE XP/OC EVENT. That means that anyone who assists the game in running during the event will receive DOUBLE the usual OC reward, and all those attending the event as a player character will receive DOUBLE the usual XP… and yes, that means that those who select the +5 XP welcome bonus will receive TRIPLE the usual XP for this event!!!Aubentag, Entezeit 13 – Backertag, Erntezeit 15, 2524 IC:
For some over a year now, a weary groups of travellers have continued trying to make their way across Nordland toward the newly-established hamlet of Neudorf, perhaps lured by the offer to excuse all provincial taxes for any who would settle there. But the journey has not been an easy one. Some were lost to growing numbers of Beastmen and Goblin raiders from the Forest of Shadows in the east of the province, while others have simply given up, dejected by the severe shortage of carriages that have frequently slowed their advance to a halt. But a determined few have pushed on, and eventually made their way to the small coastal fishing town of Hargendorf. Once Nordland’s most westerly settlement, the town should have been one last stop before pressing onto their final destination. But the closed sign hanging from the narrow bridge spanning the River Demst and the stern look of the guard stationed at this end quickly dissuade most of any such hopeful sentiment. Will the settlers manage to find their way across for one final leg of their journey by land, or will Hargendorf become their final destination, one way or the other?

Registering for the Event:
To register for this event, fill out the registration form here: https://endlessadventures.ca/pages/end-times-event-registration Please note the deadlines below, based upon what you are registering to do:
1. Cast/Plot: Please register at least 7 days prior to the event. If you miss the deadline and still wish to participate in these roles, please contact an Owner as soon as possible.
2. Creating a New Character (Fully-Customized): You must register (and email us all information needed to create your character, including their background) at least 14 days prior to the event. If you miss the deadline, you’ll have to play an existing character or pre-generated character (with an option to remort next event). Players may spend Old-world Coin (OC) for extra XP and item tags when creating a new customized character.
3. Creating a New Character (Pre-generated): Create your character online here: https://endlessadventures.ca/pages/quick-eao-game-character-creator If possible, we ask that you try to register at least 7 days prior to the event, but you can still play even if you just show up the day of.
4. Advancing an Existing Character: You must register at least 7 days prior to the event (14 days if remorting). If you miss the deadline, you will be unable to use downtime to advance the character and should bring your previous character sheet with you to use at the event.

New Player with +5 XP welcome bonus (full event): $75 + tax

Large Cabin Rental (w Washroom/Shower): $80 + tax
Small Cabin Rental: $30 + tax

For those who miss this deadline, a full weekend or single day pass can be purchased with cash at the door for $85 or $65 (including tax), respectively. Those with free admission obviously do not have to pay by this deadline, but must still register for the event (see above).
Please note that End Times is a non-profit, charitable venture, with all profits going directly to support Extra Life, a program of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Meal Plan:
Full Weekend Meals Plan (includes 4 meals, snacks and drinks): $50 + tax
Drinks only: $8.50 + tax
Single Meals only: $17.50 + tax each (specify which meal(s) you require when registering)

Those who miss this deadline will not be able to sign up for meal plan and we are unable to provide refunds, as food must be purchased in advance. When registering for the event, make sure to specify if you require vegetarian options and/or have any food allergies or dietary concerns.
Players may choose to bring their own food and drinks, though please note that there is no access to the kitchen to store, cool, heat or otherwise prepare these items. Water is always available for free and players do not need to bring their own to site.

Event Schedule:
Friday 8:00 pm – site opens for players to begin arriving and setting up tents/sleeping area
Friday 8:30 pm – log opens at Cast Cabin (all players must check in to log and have weapons checked before opening speech)
Friday ~10:30 pm – opening speech and new-player orientation
Friday ~11:15 pm – game starts (all players are now in-game)
Sunday 12:00 pm – game is called and clean-up begins
Sunday 2:30 pm – site closes (all players must be off site)

Parking: While loading/unloading, cars may temporarily be parked at side of roads closest to cabins/fields. From 10 pm Friday until noon Sunday, all cars must remain in the main parking lot behind cast camp.
Sleeping Areas: Large cabins (sleep over a dozen, with washroom and shower) and small cabins available to rent privately to a group for the event. Period-looking tents may be set up anywhere in the main field between Cast Cabin and the Sea of Claws (or alternate location with permission of Owner). Non-period tents should be set up adjacent to parking lot on west side.
Log & Weapons Check: Cast Cabin from 8:30 – 10:30 pm on Friday. If you arrive after opening speech, find an owner to log before entering game.
