About this Event
Nordic Walking is a great way to get active outdoors! It's very easy to learn the technique and it provides a full body workout.
This session is for people that want to try Nordic Walking for the first time, or for people that have previously participated but would like a refresher. This session is suitable for beginners and equipment is provided.
Attendees must arrive 5-10mins early to allow for setting up of walking poles. The session will start with a briefing inside the centre followed by a walk around campus (please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear).
