An opportunity to dust off your poles if they haven't been out for a while, & remind yourself of some of the many benefits of using them well, & just the joy of getting outside in Nature.

Also a chance to become more aware of HOW you move (regardless of the poles), & make contact with the ground, & to identify any habits which no longer serve you.
Poles will be provided if you need them.
Opportunity for social refreshments afterwards in the lovely Bakehouse Cafe.
