Nordic Shield Mindfullness are hosting unique evening of mindfullness and meditation - a beautiful empowering evening of self care.
We can all learn to be a type of Shield-maiden. A woman who cares and prides herself on both inner and outer strength.
The Shield maiden spirit can live on in a woman who wants to step back and take time for her well-being
This events brings us together as strong woman setting intention for self care.
We will embed Nordic well-being with our beautiful Nordic sound wave session embedding calm and rest with our simple elegant meditations.
Our ladies shield circle empowering each other with a grit and compassion mindfulness practice with kindness for each other, building resilience in our wellbeing. Holding our shields to protect and take care of our health.
Finishing with total relaxation and the understanding of how this event can impact on your health.
