Learn the basics of Nordic pole walking with a short presentation, instructions and practical experience to familiarize yourself with and gain proficiency in walking with poles. There are two different sessions offering the same class – you only need to register for one of the sessions.Please feel free to bring your own poles, some will be available for those who do have yet own any.
