Noonim Kimjang Workshop
Join us at Enoki for a hands-on kimjang workshop! Learn the traditional Korean method of making kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process, from preparing the ingredients to fermenting the kimchi. This in-person event is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in Korean culture and culinary traditions. Come eat, drink, and ferment with us! We will be donating a portion of the proceeds from this kimjang to Kite's Nest, a center for liberatory education located in Hudson, NY.
