Join us for an exclusive convening of nonprofit leaders in the Redlands, Riverside, San Bernardino area, designed to exchange ideas, build connections, and explore strategies for more effective fundraising. We'll discuss fundraising wins we're proud of and what keeps us up at night, all towards creating a collaborative, supportive community to expand our collective impact and advance our missions.
Raising funds in todays environment has become more and more competitive. We're seeing the unfortunate demise of more and more nonprofits and decreased capacity of those that survive. Thankfully, one of the most effective—and encouraging—strategies we can pursue is building community. When we share best practices, pitfalls, tools and resources, we can marshal our forces to work more efficiently and fundraise more effectively.
Please join us for this informal gathering of nonprofit Executive Directors and development professionals -- Board members welcomed, too -- where conversation will be uplifting and empowering. Expertly facilitated by Sonya Blake, a nonprofit CEO in the San Fernando Valley and nonprofit fundraiser for over 30 years, who sits on numerous Boards and committees for agencies including LA Metro, LA28, the Community Foundation of the Valleys, and is a consultant with tech company, , that provides affordable software that helps nonprofits raise money through planned giving.
Among other participant-determined conversation topics, the convening will featuring a special presentation on how nonprofits can boost fundraising through planned giving, providing valuable insights into leveraging estate planning tools to build long-term donor support.
