Dear Parents and Carers,
We look forward to holding our Winter Fayre on Wednesday 10th December afterschool! To raise vital funds for the school, we plan to hold a raffle with lots of exciting prizes up for grabs!
To support us with the raffle, we have scheduled the following Non-Uniform Days:
• Friday 14th November (please provide a bottle for our bottle raffle, this can be alcoholic/non-alcoholic, bubble bath etc)
• Friday 5th December (please provide sweets or chocolate for our treat raffle)
In addition are you able to donate any of the following?
 Do you have an unwanted gift set or a child’s toy still in its original packaging?
 Do you have books or jigsaws?
 Any new and unused food, drink, toiletries?
 Are you a local business, or a parent/carer who would like to contribute a voucher donation?
 Clean, gently loved soft toys for our popular Teddy Tombola!
PTA – Volunteers very much required – If you can assist in either the set up or the running of a stall, please let the office know.
For the safety of our pupils, please leave any alcohol donations at our main office, and we also request that food items are within their use by date and will last until 10th December.
Further information regarding the raffle will be communicated to families over the coming weeks.
