Healing ARTS Veterinary Center is proud to offer Non-Anesthetic Teeth Cleaning!

This service is provided by Pet Friendly Dental Care to animals that qualify and is ideal for pets with mild to moderate dental problems, heart conditions or other issues that could cause complications with anesthesia.
Your pet will receive a 7 Step Dental Procedure, which includes:
A thorough oral examination
Scaling above the gum line
Scaling below the gum line
High speed polish
Irrigation
Post cleaning exam
Charting of any abnormalities
The technician will restrain your pet in a manner that is gentle and kind. In the event your pet becomes stressed, the technician takes the time to allow your pet to relax before continuing. Following the procedure, the technician will provide a detailed report to the doctor to keep in your pet’s chart, as well as a copy for you to take home. This non-anesthetic dental service is not meant to eliminate the need for an anesthetic dental, but rather help to delay the need for one. The frequency will be determined by the technician and your pet’s doctor.
The cost for this procedure is $195 and requires a $50 deposit or credit card on file to hold an appointment. If medications such as antibiotics are required, they will be provided at an additional fee (discount does not apply to medications).
Not all pets will be eligible for this procedure. If your pet hasn't already been approved for this cleaning, please schedule for a dental exam or call to discuss eligibility with one of our doctors.
