NOLI Dutch Oven Cooking Class & Dinner - Oct 25, Rocky Fork State Park, TNDo you like to spend time in the outdoors AND eat good food? During this fun and informative workshop, learn about the history and current uses of cast iron and Dutch oven cookery, how to choose and care for a Dutch oven and, most importantly, how to use various ingredients to create delicious camp meals perfect for sharing. Class will include a demonstration of how to cook a one pot meal, scrumptious cobblers and breads, and other delights. Cap off the day with a group meal of baked spaghetti with meat sauce, baked bread and hot cobbler (included in cost) and you have the perfect ending to your outdoor culinary experience! Cost is $60.
