Springbank Showcase — A Special Sunday Edition of NOLA’s Whisky Project

Join us the day after the AFL Grand Final for a relaxed Sunday session celebrating one of the world’s most beloved distilleries — Springbank — hosted by NOLA’s own whisky wizard Vas.

Hailing from Campbeltown, Springbank is a cult favourite among whisky lovers, known for its traditional methods, hands-on production, and unmistakable character. It’s one of the few distilleries that does every step of the whisky-making process on-site, resulting in drams with true soul and substance.

This special edition of the Whisky Project features a rare lineup of five expressions, including:

– Springbank 10yo – Palo Cortado – finished in rare sherry casks for nutty, savoury depth

– Springbank 11yo – 2022 Local Barley – vibrant and farm-fresh with a creamy texture

– Springbank 13yo – 2023 Local Barley – earthy, oily and full of character

– Springbank 18yo – 2022 Release – mature, balanced and unmistakably Springbank

– + One final mystery dram, revealed on the night – a special surprise to round out the lineup

Snacks from NOLA’s kitchen are included, and every ticket goes in the draw to win a bottle of NOLA Whisky.
