Join us at NOLA PAR for our first Holiday Workshop to support relapse prevention.
This month-long series meets throughout the month of December to support our sober community by engaging in learning boundaries, coping and healthy distraction. Everyone is invited to attend, refreshments provided. This work shop is FREE, but we please ask you to RSVP. Thank you.
Dec. 7th: Managing holiday pressures of family and setting healthy boundaries.
Dec. 14th: Building and maintaining strong sober support networks to share time with during the holidays
Dec. 21st: Discussing Relapse prevention strategies focused on embracing spirituality/ higher power
Dec. 28th: Looking forward to sobriety in the New Year and celebrating without drinking and making new traditions to support sober living.
