Drink the whole beer. Don't vomit (honor system) and if you do, you take an extra (beerless) lap.
We split up into heats according to expected time and start around 6:45-ish pm.
After it's all over, we take any leftover beer and run relays (so if you're not into 4 laps, here’s a shot later on to show your worth - with one lap).
Don't bring trick beer. 5% abv or better.
