The City of Toronto's Noise Bylaws are being reviewed right now and will be finalized in mid December. The last review was 19 years ago so let's not waste this opportunity to learn more about how to make Toronto a better city. Join us for film screening and a panel discussion moderated by Ingrid Buday, Founder of No More Noise Toronto.

The Film:
Mufflers, honks and drilling: the perpetual soundscape of Toronto. Fed up with sleepless nights, a couple of activists take the fight to City Hall in the hopes of changing the outdated noise bylaws. Do You Hear What I Hear is an 8 minute short documentary Directed by Cat Mills and commissioned by Hot Docs as part of the 2023 Citizen Minutes program.
