NoHo Arts District GOAT YOGA & BEER

Join our fun-loving baby goats at Lawless Brewing Co. for a lighthearted, yoga session, suitable for all levels, led by a certified yoga pro. Nigerian Dwarf baby yoga goats, Goldie and Lexie, will help you connect with your inner "kid" while opening your heart, deepening your stretch, and strengthening your core. They'll weave through class (their playground) giving GOAT adjustments & baaack massages as they challenge your balance, and you challenge theirs! This is not your typical yoga class, so bring your sense of humor and get your cameras ready to capture some truly unforGOATable moments!

After class, chill out. Pet, play, and strike a pose with goats!

• 10:15 am-10:30 am Check in, grab your spot, meet the goats
• 10:30 am-11:30 am Class in session: Laugh? breathe ??‍♂️ stretch with goats
• 11:30 am -12:00 am Post-workout goat petting, playing & pics???
