Come join us for a 4 hour professionally guided outdoor rappelling and climbing experienced mixed with some business networking!
About this Event

Organizer: Swingo Adventure

Cost: $160 (usually $220/person). We will send payment info after sign up.

This includes professional guiding service, technical gear, first aid kit, insurance, and snacks!

Leveraging climbing as a platform for networking, fostering connections, and building relationships. People can expand their professional and social circles while enjoying this exhilarating sport's physical and mental benefits.

Overview:

Partnered with professional guiding company Swingo Adventure, we can provide our community members a great opportunity to network with like-minded professionals.

10 am-10:30 am: Meet up at the trailhead and have a brief introduction for each other; receive climbing gear, and hike up to the climbing spot for about 15 minutes.
10:30- 11:00 am: arrive at the climbing spot, rest, safety talk, and the guide will set up the rappel and climbs.
11:00 am-1:30 pm: people will enjoy rappelling down the cliff above Horsetooth Reservoir safely and excitingly; people also will challenge themselves to climb the scenic and historic routes here. During climbing, people will have enough time to build trust and rapport, develop authentic and engaging interactions, and promote opportunities for skill exchange or collaboration in other areas of interest.
1:30 pm-2:00 pm: we will wrap up the rappelling and climbing, clean out the scene, and hike back to the parking lot.

Deposit and Cancellation PolicyWe charge a $50 deposit per participant at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payment is required in full one week before your trip out in the wilderness.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before your trip will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled on a date that works for you and our team, cancellation made at least 5 days before your trip will be charged 50% of your deposit or can be rescheduled on a date that works for you and our team. If you cancel within 5 days before your trip, you will forfeit the entire cost of the trip.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or insufficient bookings. In the event of a cancellation on our part, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the trip at no additional cost to you.
