FAUSTINA CALAVERA
All the way from Wrocław, Poland, this band is made up of talented Polish and South American musicians. With a powerful brass section and a voice that leaves no one indifferent, they fuse playful cumbia with rock influences and sounds from the Northern Hemisphere. They perform classics of Colombian and Chilean cumbia, among other surprises. Faustina Calavera has won the hearts of audiences across Europe, performing in Germany, Spain, and the Czech Republic with undeniable talent.
CHOQUE SONIDERO
Formed in Krakow, Poland, this group is the result of a collaboration between Chilean, Colombian, Mexican musicians, and others from different parts of the world. Their sound is broad, rhythmic, and orchestral, spanning nearly 100 years of cumbia history. They bring to life classics from Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and Chile, ensuring you won’t be able to stop dancing to the hot and tropical sounds of this musical goddess from the South: Cumbia!
CUMBIA COOPERATIVA
The first cumbia band in Prague’s history, and because of that, they enjoy the unwavering love of their fans. With three albums to their name, "Nueva Era" (2019), "Wena Washo" (2020), and "Yawar Fiesta" (2022), their repertoire includes original compositions like "Noches de Cumbia", "Vivir sin beber", "Los Dinosaurios" and "Cerveza". Inspired by the entire South American cumbia tradition, from Cumbia Villera and Chicha to Amazonian rhythms, this band draws from the popular sources of cumbia to deliver a unique, original, and crowd-pleasing sound.
