About this Event
NOBULL Boston is hosting a community mobility session on Wednesday, March 8th. We will meet inside Southline Boston at the Innercity Weightlifting gym, near the south entrance of the building. Free off-street parking is available. You may also access the event from the JFK/ UMASS stop on the Red Line (a 0.4-mile walk).
Come experience an individualized mobility routine with exercises designed by Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Dimensions Physical Therapy, Sarah O'Reilly. You will learn how to unlock tight joints and provide strength and stability where needed to relieve pain, protect your joints, and stay ready for whatever life brings you. This class is open to athletes of all levels and abilities. There is also a locker room with showers and towels available for you to use after class. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
