Noa Sheer is a negotiation, influence and persuasion specialist, bringing evidence-based methods and best practices in communication to experienced negotiators in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Noa teaches MBA and executive education courses at the University of NSW, Auckland University and is a visiting lecturer at other top tier universities. She is the co-author of the book Effective Negotiation: From Research to Results - used to teach negotiation skills in universities in Australasia, Europe and the United States.
Through her consultancy, , Noa represents organisations in negotiations, designs negotiation protocols and processes and trains groups and C-suite leaders. With her guidance, clients are better able to read other parties, strategise, plan and execute negotiations for optimal substantive and relational outcomes. They can utilise trust building methods and persuasion tactics to influence, build rapport and create alliances.
