FREE Community Concert: Described by JAZZIT Magazine as a “vocalist at the same time classic and contemporary,” rising San Francisco songbird Noa Levy’s love affair with Porter’s repertoire began with her critically acclaimed and audience-favorite Bass & Voice album debut, “You Me & Cole” featuring “Ten expertly rendered selections” (NY Jazz Records) arranged with Japanese bassist Shimpei Ogawa.For this special concert, Noa joins forces with Art Khu (piano), Daniel Fabricant (bass), Dillon Vado (drums) and Patrick Wolff (Sax) to bring to life these unique arrangements with a full band. You’ll hear Porter’s masterpieces, like “Night & Day,” “Love for Sale,” and “I Get a Kick Out of You,” so get set for a de-lovely evening of a vibrant and heartfelt tribute to Porter’s rich musical legacy.
