Horses do not need to be warmed up before the sessions but need to be fit enough for up to 30min to be effective.
* disclaimer this training is part of an on going change which is required to be kept up between sessions by the rider for the biggest change and fairest approach to the horse. You are not obliged to return, although highly recommended for best results. For this technique to work the horse has to be in good health.
