Join us for No Shame November, a powerful community event dedicated to raising awareness about mental health. In collaboration with our local organizations, this afternoon will bring together artists, nonprofits, and wellness professionals to shed light on what mental health issues truly look like and how they impact us all—individually and as a community.
The event will feature thought-provoking art exhibits that portray the reality of mental health challenges, an open mic session for sharing personal experiences, and booths from various mental health and wellness organizations. This is an opportunity to break the stigma, connect with others, and discover resources that can make a difference.
Let’s come together to embrace vulnerability, support one another, and celebrate the courage it takes to speak out. No Shame November is a safe space where everyone is welcome to contribute, learn, and grow.
