This 90-minute immersive and dynamic workshop is designed to help you:
• Understand how the interplay of reward-seeking and loss-avoidance shapes motivation
• Explore strategies to inspire courage and resilience in teams facing high-stakes decisions in uncertain times.
Built around a simplified Hero’s Journey framework, the emphasis is on practical applications. You’ll leave the workshop equipped with tools to enable you to navigate the challenges of risk-taking and setbacks in pursuit of growth, both for yourself and in team situations.
Join us on Friday, 31st of October, from 9:15 am to 11:00 am at the Manifold Coworking Space in New Plymouth.

Dan Thurston Crow is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for unlocking human potential. With startup ventures in NZ, China and the US behind him, he brings a broad range of business management skills to his training, coaching and facilitation engagements.
Alongside his work supporting the local innovation ecosystem through Doso – Taranaki’s learning studio for entrepreneurs – Dan's focus has been the development of an organisational development program, The Engagement Blueprint, designed to cultivate genuine engagement in a fast-changing world.
