Things are coming together. Paul Barron has volunteered to lead some chants for us. Yeah, Paul. Dawn Larsen will be singing and playing and getting us going. Shelly will have back ground protest music for us and will open up the protest singing a patriot song for us. Kelly Roberts will be speaking about James Richard Russell III's campaign platform running against Cotton. Somewhere down the road we will have him speak in person but he is booked every Saturday until who knows when and Sundays didn't seem to be a good date for people, so it will be later. Ann Lasater has asked to speak about women's rights. She's in Peru right now. Envious!! Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together.
The president thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings, and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty. Grow our movement and join us.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
