It's time once again to start thinking about the annual 360 Defense Handmade Holiday Fair. I started this event in 2013 because I dislike the whole concept of Black Friday and it's associated madness. I love buying handmade gifts from local hard working people. To have a spot (vendors must provide their own tables, we do have plenty of chairs to loan out):
1. If you are a present or former student (or a family member) at 360 Defense Norwich, Colchester or Middletown, there is a $10 fee for your table to cover advertising costs. I will waive the fee if you agree to help advertise by hanging at least one flyer in a public place and inviting friends and family to the event. Any leftover table fees will be donated to Wings of Freedom Animal Rescue.
2. Your items must be handmade- no direct sales like Avon. If you do a service like chair massages, to me that counts and I would love to have you take part.
3. Non 360 students may have a table for a $20 fee . If you sign up for a table and do not show up the day of the event you will not be asked back for future events.
4. Most importantly you cannot bring any glitter of any kind into the building. Not on your crafts and not on your clothing. It sticks to everything and is impossible to get rid of.
If you have any questions please see Mrs. McShane in the office or message her.
