Please note this event is not hosted by Chesapeake region, but our friends in NNJR and it's a fantastic 1 of a kind event that if you want to play in the dirt you won't find through any other PCA region in the Mid-Atlantic.If you own a Cayenne, Macan, SUV / Pickup Truck, Tow Vehicle or any four wheel drive vehicle, this is the event for you.
Come experience the 'off-road' trails, Cranberry Bogs and the beautiful New Jersey Pine Barrens in a safe and family friendly venue.
This event has no age restrictions, so bring the entire family. NNJR-PCA with sponsorship of Paul Miller Porsche will be returning to the sand trails and sand pits of the New Jersey Pine Lands.
The event will include a light breakfast, boxed lunches, T-Shirts and door prizes with a Pine Barrens flair, including products by Pine Barren Native Fruits.
The morning route will include time to explore Whitesbog Village, birthplace of the worldwide commercial Blueberry Industry and the original home of Pine Barren Native Fruits who will host us at their "Sand Storage Area" in the afternoon.
9:00 AM - Meet at the BMIA Building
10:00 AM - First 'Car' Off
10:45 AM - Explore Whitesbog Village
12:30 PM - Lunch back at the BMIA Building
1:30 PM - Spend some time in the "Sand Storage Area"
2:30 PM - Depart for home and visit Emery's Farm Market
You will have time to explore the old time Whitesbog General Store for local cranberry products including salsa, jams and chutneys. All proceeds from the General Store benefit the nonprofit that maintains and promotes the historic village!
After the Trek you are free to visit Emery's Farm Market and Bakery, one of the best bakeries in New Jersey. There you will be able to purchase fresh baked local pies and breads prior to your trip home.
Event is open to all NNJR members as well as other PCA Regions and friends of the club.
Registration is limited so signup early!
The only requirements are that your vehicle has 4-wheel drive and four inches of ground clearance and sign a waiver at the event.
$90.00 per 2-person team and $35 per additional passenger. Children 12 and under are free.
