About this Event
Join the National Minority Quality Forum and partners for an insightful educational workshop on cancer patient navigation. Our workshop events are designed to “meet patients where they are.” While many patient navigation programs assist at-risk patients within a specific hospital system, the NMQF Connect Workshop aims to reduce patient risk for minoritized, medically underserved, hard-to-reach populations through targeted patient engagement. A highlight of the workshop will be a CMS Cancer Patient Navigation update. This crucial event provides a platform to educate residents and medical experts about cancer patient navigation and offer valuable resources.
