The National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF), a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring high-risk racial and ethnic populations receive optimal health care, through NMQF’s CSSI initiative and NMQF Connect program will be hosting a free Juneteenth Mini Clinic in Flint, Michigan with local health institutions and community leaders.This free clinic offers hands-on education and free screenings under the care of health experts for breast health, kidney health, diabetes, and general health.
All are welcome! We'll have free activities and giveaways for attendees, including free haircuts, Zumba dance classes, t-shirts, and more.
