Each attendee will receive a "health passport" to guide them through screenings and ensure seamless access to care. Our goal is to improve early detection and connect participants with essential health resources.
We’re partnering with Divine 9s, community groups, advocacy organizations, health systems, and clinics to help reduce health disparities in underserved communities like Upper Marlboro.
