About this Event

no more poetry is pleased to present Broken Machines Poems, essays & illustrations by Bridget Erin Flack.
no more poetry cannot stress what an honour it has been working on this publication with Bridget's family and loved ones over the last twelve months. As Hal exclaimed in their preamble, this publication offers the reader a glimpse at Bridget's "wit, intelligence, and shrewd sensitivity," it is true, "that in reading carefully you can hear her."
In compiling this publication, we are reminded of the extraordinary breadth of Bridget's poems, essays, and illustrations & her irrevocable contribution to the underground punk and rave scenes.
We are excited to welcome you in celebration of Bridget's work and legacy. The evening will begin with readings from the publication and be followed by various sets from Grotto, Female Wizard, Tom Mac, and Heat Check B2B with DJ Group Hug.
Bridget's publication will be available for purchase for $5.00. However, no one will be turned away for lack of funds, if you require a free copy of the publication please email us at: [email protected]. All sales from this publication will be donated to a charity of the family and friends choosing.
Kindly reach out via email should you have any accessibility requirements. Miscellania is not wheelchair accessible, the venue is accessed by several flights of stairs.
