This one-of-a-kind, family-friendly event brings together teams from local businesses, industry, sports clubs, and community groupsāall racing to claim the prestigious Golden Bedpan Trophy and ultimate bragging rights, all in support of local healthcare.
Whatās it all about?
Teams of 4 (ages 18+) race hospital bedsācomplete with a 150-pound sandbag passengerādown a 50-meter course in a head-to-head, tournament-style race. All racers are encouraged to show off their creativity with fun team costumes or corporate gear!
Itās not just about speedāthereās more than one way to win at the Hospital Bed Races! In addition to awarding the fastest team, weāll be presenting teams with prizes based on their creativity, enthusiasm, and fundraising impact:
