The Texture of Trees, Another Kind of Earth | NJ Spring Trek is intended to gather NYC art lovers to explore the nature

Event Schedule:

12:30 Meet at Manhattan Penn station ( 31st St. 8th Ave Intersection) to NJ Transit and we will ride the train together to Millburn. to NJ Transit and we will ride the train together to Millburn.

The trip will take 53 minutes.

1:30pm Arrive in Millburn, walk 2min to South Mountain Reservation south entrance.

1:40 Introductory program We will briefly introduce ourselves and explain the process of tree texturing. In order to get closer to each other, we will let participants get to know each other first. Preparation of materials: Preparation of painting materials for tree bark topography.

2:00 Choose a Hemlock Falls Trail and go through the Fairy Trail. The Fairy Trail is full of cute little elf houses. Less than 2 hours (easy plus photos).

2:00-4:00 Preparation of materials: Prepare the materials needed to paint the bark, and provide instruction on painting techniques. Selection of scene: Participants will choose their favorite tree texture or plant texture in the surrounding area for sketching. Interaction: During the sketching process, participants can communicate with each other and share their creative ideas and techniques.

4:00-4:30 Return to the starting point End of the activity: At the end of the activity, have a small exhibition and show your own works.

Precautions for the activity:

1. Prepare insect repellent, the woods are full of bugs.

2. Prepare enough water and snacks by yourself.

3. Do a good job of sun protection, as well as supporting comfortable clothing, recommended sports shoes

| 树的肌理，是另一种大地| NJ 春日踏青 | 意在集结NYC热爱艺术创作小伙伴或是自然的爱好者们，共同探索宁静的风景，了解构成我们美丽星球的树木的独特纹理和形态，千万不要错过这个与大自然和志同道合者交流的机会。树木的纹理，是自然赋予树木的一种生命特征，是岁月最好的记忆. 细看这些木纹肌理，或交错，或平行，或漩涡，看似凌乱，却并不复杂。

活動简介：

?12:30 Penn station ( 31st St. 8th Ave Intersection)集合，我们将共同搭乘火车前往终点站Millburn. 路程为53分钟

1:30 到达Millburn, 步行 2min 到达South Mountain Reservation 南入口

1:40 开场介绍活动我们将简单的自我介绍拓印树木肌理的方法，解释整个活动的流程. 为了更好的拉近彼此的距离，会让参与者们先互相了解.

准备材料：准备拓印树皮所需要的绘画材料

2:00 选择一个Hemlock Falls Trail 并且经过Fairy Trail Fairy Trail 会有很多可爱的精灵小房子全程不到2小时（轻轻松松加上拍照）

2:00-4:00 准备材料：准备拓印树皮所需要的绘画材料，提供绘画技术指导

选择场景：参与者通过选择周边自己所喜欢树木肌理或是植物肌理进行创作。

互动交流：在写生过程中，参与者们可以相互交流，分享彼此的创作心得和技巧

4:00-4:30 回到起点结束活动：活动结束时，进行小型的展示，并展示自己的作品

活动注意事项：

1.需要准备驱虫水，树林虫子较多

2.自行准备充足的水，和零食

3.做好防晒，以及配套的舒适衣服，推荐运动鞋
