**NJ with Aaron Rizzo, Joshua Fletcher, and Jordan. live at Eddie's Attic!**NJ is an emerging singer/songwriter based in Atlanta, Ga. Born in Cincinnati, she always centered music in her life. She was consistently involved with musical theatre, band, and choir. It was her passion from a very young age. Even though she was always singing, NJ didn’t start writing her own original music to release until 2019. She loved creating catchy, empowering, and fun pop songs, but lately she has fallen in love with writing songs that are centered around just her and a guitar. She believes there’s something so special about storytelling through honesty and vulnerability. NJ’s first ever show was at Eddie’s Attic in 2022, but this is her first time headlining the venue.
Aaron Rizzo is a songwriter, producer and performing artist from Rochester, NY. By early adolescence, an obsession with picking apart songs manifested itself into a slew of original projects. Rizzo rotated through genres and instruments quickly, eventually leading to proficiency as a session player and multi-instrumentalist in his early 20s. Much of Rizzo’s influence comes not from guitar players, but drummers. As a rhythmically based player, he has drawn inspiration from the likes of Steve Jordan, Nate Smith, Carter Mclean and many others. This has afforded him a distinct perspective on his primary instrument – guitar.
Joshua Fletcher discovered a love for songwriting at an early age, penning angsty christian punk songs for his first band, “The Knockout,” in the back of public school classrooms in the Atlanta suburbs where he was raised. Somehow, despite being raised on Christian Rock and getting way too into Ryan Adams (before it was problematic), he found his own voice, an amalgamation of the music that moves him he generally refers to as “indie-americana.” The songs he writes are reflections of places in time - a way for him to reckon with a world whose changes we are never truly prepared to bear. Joshua Fletcher lives in Southwest Atlanta with his wife and two children. Despite how the songs sound, he is very happy.
Jordan. is an Atlanta based alternative indie artist who reels the listener in with her acoustic sound and keeps them invested with her relatable lyrics. Having lived all over the US, Jordan.’s style is inspired by her southern roots, northern adventures and life long lessons she learned out West. Whether it’s a cover or one of her many originals her focus is sharing vulnerability and creating connection through sound. New to the scene but not new to the craft, Jordan.’s time frequenting open mics and playing backyard gigs and has her well on her way to carving out her own lane in the music industry.
