We are so excited to participate in the first ever Baraboo Restaurant Week! In fact, we will be participating as the official “Nitecap” sponsor for the event which is happening from Saturday, January 18th- Sunday, January 26th.
After you’ve had your fill at the many wonderful restaurants throughout Baraboo stop by Wiscocktail Lounge for an ice cream drink!
As you may know, we refer to Wiscocktail Lounge as a “Love Letter to Wisconsin Taverns” and we draw inspiration from corner bars and taverns as well as supper clubs and cocktail lounges throughout our great state.
For Restaurant Week we will be doing our best impression of the Granddaddy of all cocktail joints in Wisconsin, the inimitable, Bryant’s Lounge in Milwaukee!
Two of the three drinks we will be serving were created by Bryant Sharp, the original owner of Bryant’s and we’re probably most excited to serve the under-appreciated Blue Tail Fly cocktail. Check out our special menu below:
