About this Event
This course is paced to the student's skill level (beginner, intermediate or advanced). Learn the applications of hand-to-hand combat:
- Basic Warrior Stances, Balance, Range & Movement
- Avoiding Strikes & Escaping Grabs
- Adaptation & Variation of Techniques
- Counter-Attacks & Target Areas of the Body
This class is for adults and teens only (no children without approval). Please bring your own water/hydration. Wear comfortable clothing or your black gi (facemask optional). Participates assume all liability for illness or injury.
Emphasis: Koshijutsu (Pressure Point Attacks), Koppojutsu (Bone Structure Manipulation), Dakentaijutsu (Striking), Jutaijutsu (Grappling) & Ninjutsu (Hidden Techniques)
