Event description
Why must "leadership skills" be exclusive to leadership roles? The average manager takes about 10 years to get to a senior management role. And the average worker only starts to really "manage" when they get promoted. Why can't every employee be trained to prepare for leadership even if they are not yet leaders? Imagine how much more productive and effective your teams can be if everyone is trained to think like leaders? This talk describes nine leadership skills that will transform every worker, no matter what job they do. This is a game-changer for human resource management.
