Nikon Live: Beneath the Surface with
Join nature photographer and Nikon Ambassador, Matty Smith as we go behind the lens of his exciting career.
This session will run in two halves, the first of which will focus on Matty’s exciting career to date. From expeditions in Antarctica to swimming with crocodiles in Cuba, we’ll walk through Matty’s portfolio and gain insights into his favourite images and tales from behind the lens.
The second half of the session will focus on photography techniques, tips and insider insights for shooting underwater before we take a hands-on look at Matty’s Nikon and dive photography equipment.
This session is designed for both beginners and seasoned photographers. Whether you’re aiming to enhance your underwater photography skills, or just want some inspiration and hear from a master of his craft, Matty will cover a wide range of topics for you to consider.
Each session is interactive and held in small groups, with the opportunity to ask questions to have the best possible experience.
Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
What to bring
- No equipment is required, although attendees are welcome to bring their camera to test settings or get assistance with specific Nikon models.
