For this occasion Nikki has selected an array of country, rock and americana originals and covers to suit our venue and bring her amazing voice to Kamloops.
Francesco this time is going to the north of Italy to bring you a rich and flavorful 3 course dinner that will be featuring:
- Cauliflower soup with burnt butter and focaccia croutons
- Soft polenta with braised beef short rib
- Chocolate mousse with hazelnut praline
