Or the long-standing tradition of rewatching cult horrors like Gremlins or Beetlejuice over the holidays.
So let’s take it a step further and throw a Christmas horror music party. Wassily Minkow will kick off the night with spooky surf rock and psychobilly, mixed with soundtracks from vintage horror films, and wrap things up with boogie vibes à la Michael Jackson’s Thriller and iconic ’80s horror soundtracks. He’ll most likely also play a couple of surf tunes live on his Jazzmaster, drenched in spring reverb through a Fender amp."
