About the Instructor
As an RYT200 certified yoga teacher and the founder of Uneven Lotus Yoga, Angela empowers her students to explore their full potential through dynamic and restorative yoga practices by combining physical postures, breathing techniques, Somatics, and meditation to nurture both body and soul. Her classes foster a sense of community, helping individuals connect with not only their bodies and minds, but also each other. Angela is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels. Her classes focus on balance, flexibility, and strength while promoting mental health and emotional well-being.
About the Venue
Catalyst Training Center, established in 2013, is an LGBTQIA+ owned training facility located in Comstock Park, just 10 minutes north of Grand Rapids, Michigan. West Michigan's most welcoming environment for all-inclusive strength training caters to a diverse clientele—from fitness newcomers to seasoned athletes aiming to elevate their performance. The experienced trainers at Catalyst hold degrees in exercise science and have pursued additional certifications in Functional Range Conditioning, Reflexive Performance Reset, and Body Tempering. Clients seek their expertise for various goals, including weight loss, muscle development, metabolic conditioning, sport-specific training, and nutritional guidance. Catalyst Training Center is committed to supporting the health and wellness of members of our community and now offers various affordable fitness class options as well as personal and partnered training.
