Come out and vibe with me every Wednesday evening @lounges_cle as we journey into a relaxing session of movement and mindfulness. This yoga class is cannabis friendly, but not required! The calming properties of cannabis enhance your connection to body, breath, and community. Come relax, and wind down with intention as we flow through gentle stretches and invigorating poses, influenced by the soothing properties of cannabis. The perfect hump day blues cure!
Roll out your mat, and roll up your spliff every Wednesday evening. Doors open at 7:30pm to come in roll up and network. Flow starts at 8:15pm and ends at 9:15pm.Opportunity to network and chat after class is encouraged
Quick FYI:
it is cannabis FRIENDLY but not required! The lounge is very spacious!!if you choose to come and simply join in on yoga you will not be hot boxed!!!
