September is Heritage Month and what better way to celebrate than with a night tour of your favourite cultural home.From 20-27 September we offer you the opportunity to discover the secrets of the monument with a special guided tour. Experience how the frieze panels come alive, experience the dark and painful past, the cry for help! Come and experience how faith saves you. What is included?

The tour is available in both Afrikaans and English. See dates below:

• English tours – September 23, 24 and 25
Program for the evening:
• Session one:
o 17:00 – Guests arrive, dinner will be served
o 18:10 – Tour starts in Hall of Heroes
o 18:50 –Cenotaph Hall
o 19:00 – “Vrijheidsreis”
o 19:15 – Refreshments and coffee in the garden
o 20:00 – Guests adjourn
