A Sound Bath is a sound immersive experience where you can allow yourself to still your mind and restore your nervous system. Release stress and invite the sacred to embrace you spirit, soul, body and mind. Jennifer uses guided meditation, intentional prompting and sound to facilitate a holistic experience.
Some examples of sound include: Sound Bowls, Zaphir Chimes, Drumming, Pentatonic Flutes, Tinsha Bells, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Shakers etc.
